When I use it, I often encounter that the chat interface can't be loaded, and the network interface is seriously stuck.

Have tried 3 different sellers. Do not waste your time. They will only take your money

Any site that every seller only accepts untraceable forms of payment is not a lawful, legitimate business. There is only one reason for a seller of goods to only accept wire transfers as payment. It’s so the buyer has no recourse when they are scammed. The payments can’t be traced or refunded. Imagine Amazon only accepting western union for payment? Apple should have higher standards. There are legit India marketplaces and apps that accept Apple Pay and PayPal. This site offers no sellers that do because they are just looking to steal your money and Apple gives them the cover of legitimacy they need to do that by allowing them in the App Store. Every app should be required to accept Apple Pay as a payment option for any transaction done inside the app.

I don't recommend this c app. It has poor privacy for people who use it.

I was very skeptical about ordering from India. In USA so many Indians call trying to scam. Great products arrived and will order from again. I really oh them an apology because I thought that I was scammed.

I don’t recommend this app they hate Americans. And they stole my money and when I attempted to contact customer care to get my money back she the customer care worker didn’t return my call. They give the money to terrorism, i told them were sending the U.S. Army to settle debts.

I paid over $1100 and never received my package.

I was literally robbed by a seller and then he says nobody can do anything to me . I shut off his payment methods filed complaints with all fraudulent transactions to warn customers about this name as well as others he is using…

I ordered products. I paid price and shipping. Now they try to add fees sai kripa pharmacy. Scammers refund my money. And why are they still on ur site? Is Indiamart in collusion with Sai Kripa Pharmacy?? Scammers Send what I paid for now!!!

They steal your money and finesse you out of it buy at ur own risk because your not going to get your products

I was nervous to order. I was with different seller in India for 9 years and he stopped his service . Never know now days if you getting scammed ,but nope this place I trust now .im ordering from India mart for as long as I can . 🙂

If it had prices listed in the user’s home country currency, this might be useful. As it is, it’s kind of useless unless you have a specific product to request from sellers. Browsing isn’t at all helpful.

Talk with one of the salesman, Mike. He said send another $200 and I will make sure you get your order this time. I told him how could he guarantee that and how much would I have have to pay next time. Now Mike is calling me a moron over and over and over. Please make it stop.

I have been experiencing the best service, the quality is number one the results are amazing, the timing service was excellent, I wanted to to thank the gentleman who helped me out to get my order, he was very professional, I advise anyone who want to try this product it’s legit and reliable.

I have used Indiamart several times; being far away in the USA, I was weary about if there would be hidden fees or scams, or what the shipping would be like. Surprisingly, no scams, no hidden costs or fees, and shipping was surprisingly fast. Definitely recommend IndiaMART!

Instead of telling me they needed tax and customs payment up front they only told me $50 for shipping. Then certificate then tax and customs and then $1000 to get it to my door after sending them $350, then $500 now they want another $1000! This is extortion

Don’t use this app. IndiaMART doesn’t stand behind their businesses. I lost more than $400. They won’t help me get my money back. Whatever you do - don’t use the company Avlink Overseas-Nagpur they will not give me my money back and I never received my items.

Bad business sells fakes tested all products all fakes, both company’s. Teena and Aditya both sell fakes I’ve tested personally with medical strips. Don’t do it!!

I had posted a bad review in here for a vendor to scammed me and didn’t pay me my money back. Well Indiamart deleted my review from his profile ..

Mohammed Kaif Hussian and this company are frauds, I ordered meds and paid back in November and I was first given 2 different tracking numbers and finally received another that is still sitting in Mumbai supposedly for processing , Do Not Use this supplier are underhanded and deceitful and have refused to refund my money

After taking your money- tracking supposedly available in 24 hours. First lie was that it wasn’t available due to weekend. Second lie was payment was short. Third lie was Christmas was delaying shipping. Truth is that they took my money without having the pills and now expect me to wait for a month!!! Trying to get refund through PayPal. AVOID THEM!!!!!

Everything in use the search engine for using just simple keywords give me 0 results. But in browsing I’m able to find the products! So it could take hours to find an item. Then when you message the sellers for more information the typical response is “Yes we have that, how many do you want to order” without actually answering my questions at all. So it seems like all the sellers are potentially fake sellers who’re just trying to scam people out of money. ZERO interest in ensuring what I want and receive are the same thing but quick to try and get a payment from you!

RD vision pharmacy took my money I never received my order. I offer to give more money to just get order and ask for signature upon delievery and still never received my order. then the person VICTOR threatened me cursed me out and called me text me verbally abusing me adding he did not care I was disabled

Do not use this site!!

I’ve had a good experience with Indiamart and I will use it in the future to order from the company I trust the most Selco. My only concern is that when writing a rating/review for other companies within Indiamart, it only allows for a few sentences and I would have really liked to express everything I’ve experienced and with what company as well as the employees of that company that have been wonderful. Other than that, this is a very informative app or site and I’m pretty much always able to meet any of my medication needs and the companies within always answer within a timely manner.

For instance, I accidentally rated a seller and there’s no way to change the rating or remove it. This is one of dozens of simple problems I encountered in a few minutes.

The problem you see here with the bad reviews is that when you order from specific companies since it’s a few different ones you have to look at the ratings of the specific company you’re dealing with . Make sure they have 4 stars or higher and I don’t think you will have a problem. I haven’t. Love them & they keep their word and give great service.

Placed an order of two different GYM supplements, I received 5 strips of pill treatment for parasites infection, I think Indians have scamming genes. Contacted IndiaMart for a complain they replied back that they are only an online matchmaking platform. They could do way better business if it wasn’t for the scammers. I would trust the Chinese over Indians.

I ordered a product on here. They send me DRUGS instead of the bulk order of T-Shirts I ordered. This is a front for a drug supply company

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE PLEASE!!!! They sell fake medications containing deadly amount of fentanyl. I have a loved one who purchased some medication from this app then passed away from fentanyl poisoning the night he took it! PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. This is very serious.

India Mart does provide quality products at reasonable prices however the customer service of some of its sellers leaves a lot to be desired. There is no reshipment policy for items lost in transit that is a standard for other sites. Reachbetter Impex is one such seller that demonstrates no regard for customers and fails to engage in simple dialogue geared towards a solution and customer satisfaction. It’s recommended that a buyer thinks twice about using India Mart as there is no guarantee that all its suppliers have integrity!

This app has good places to explorer but it also has is bad places to explorer, not knowing that when I place my order the only thing this people where doing is making me send them more money and they never even mail my product thru the mail, they are scammers, low life people that are just there to steal your money.

I’m feel incredibly blessed to have found Yash and India mart. Honest, trustworthy, TRUST is very important. This man was patient and kind. I have reordered medication from him and will continue to do so. He stayed with me until I received the order. I put wrong zip code and he told me what to do, had he not I would have lost the package. Truely blessed. I feel think they ,IndiaMART are the best, best for honesty, compassion and truly looking out for the best interest of their clients. Thank you so very much

It’s terrible. I don’t understand how a service like this could be this bad. You’re constantly spammed by people don’t sign up for an account with IndiaMART or else. I’ll just give you information to everybody. It’s absolutely horrible.

For two years I’ve ordered medications and have never had an issue. Prices are good. Packages always delivered to the USA in good condition, exactly as ordered. Communication is timely. They are the real deal. I highly recommend buying from IndiaMart!

One of the vendors, Savvymeds Ltd., took $900 of my money and never delivered anything. Would not communicate at all. IndiaMART does nothing to help.
